Payment Terms

Here you will find general information about shopping with LUIBAN. It covers questions about payment methods, vouchers and shipping costs as well as your right to withdraw from an order.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the one that suits you best. Shipping costs do not depend on the payment method chosen.

PayPal / PayPal Express

You are welcome to pay via PayPal; this payment method is offered in the checkout and makes shopping particularly convenient. We recommend checking your delivery address after the PayPal confirmation window, as incorrect details frequently occur at this point.

Payment in advance (bank transfer)

As an alternative to PayPal, you can pay in advance by bank transfer. Please transfer the total amount of your order to the following account:

Please always state your order number. Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.

Invoice

Only for schools, public authorities and companies entered in the commercial register, subject to approval. Please send us a request by e-mail.

Vouchers

LUIBAN vouchers can easily be ordered in the online shop; the simplest way is to search for “voucher”. Vouchers are available in various fixed amounts. If you would like the voucher to be sent directly to a recipient, please enter a different delivery address at checkout. The voucher is sent by post after payment (we cover the postage). The voucher amount can be redeemed in up to ten transactions, both in the online shop and in our shop in Berlin. To do so, enter the 15-digit voucher number in the shopping basket before proceeding to checkout.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide with DHL. You can also collect your order from our shop in Berlin during normal opening hours. We do our best to dispatch within 3–4 working days of receipt of payment and are often faster. At peak times, however, shipping may take a little longer. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, it is best to send us a message at info@luiban.mom. Please note that deliveries abroad in particular can take some time. Shipments to EU countries usually take around one week. Shipments to non-EU countries, even nearby ones, usually take several weeks because of customs clearance.

Checking the delivery address: To ensure that your parcel arrives safely, we check your delivery address after you have placed your order. We correct obvious spelling mistakes, for example in street names or Packstation details, for shipping purposes. If an address is unclear, we will contact you; shipping may be delayed until the matter has been clarified. Please check your delivery address before submitting your order, especially after paying with PayPal. Details can be found in our privacy information.

For shipments to non-EU countries:
Please note that customs duties and import VAT may be charged. To be on the safe side, please find out in advance about any additional costs that may arise.

Returns

If you are not satisfied, or for any other reason, you can simply return the items to us. Please enclose a note with your name and the order or invoice number. Stating the reason for your return is not mandatory but would help us a great deal. If you paid by bank transfer, please state your bank details so that we can transfer the credit amount back to you. We will let you know when your return has arrived.

In the case of a partial return, the final value of the goods is taken into account for the credit. If the remaining order value falls below the threshold for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the credit amount.
