• If you carry the Anterique pen frequently, you'll appreciate that the built-in nib writes evenly even with occasional scratching on paper or slight angling.
• Replace the refill as soon as the line becomes lighter or irregular – with oil-based ink, exhaustion often announces itself through slightly breaking lines.
• After changing the refill, write briefly on a test sheet until ink flow is fully established again.
