• Bullet journals and planners: The D1 refill writes smoothly with a medium line width on both smooth and slightly textured paper. For tighter line spacing, switching to a 0.8 mm refill is worthwhile.
• On the go and travelling: The light weight and compact, closed design make the Sport an uncomplicated companion in a daypack or held in a notebook's elastic band.
• Refill replacement: Simply pull off the push button or open the barrel to remove the D1 short refill. Kaweco offers replacement refills in blue, black and red, as well as line widths of 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm.
• Document-proof? Standard ballpoint pastes (such as the supplied D1 refill) are waterproof once dry, but not document-proof according to DIN ISO 12757-2. For archival-safe documents, a specifically marked document-proof refill is recommended.
